what do you mean lying?

The new BR gun law is really restrictive. You can't buy a pistol with a caliber higher than .380. Revolvers cant be higher than a .38. The only decent weapon is a 12.

>restrictive gun law
Why was this law even voted? To stem traffic?

i don't think you need anything much bigger than those for self defense
and 308 is a massive round. not sure what you're getting at there hue boy
>>
>>55522922
The old law made almost impossible to get your first gun, and impossible to get your second gun. You need to do all the tests and paperwork and the police will deny your request just because.
But the calibers were limited since 2005. The new law will make easier to get a gun because they ended the permission you need from the police and you don't need to renew the registration every 5 years (now it's forever).

oh. 380. oops. ill go now :^)

He's talking about the .380 for pistols, not 308 for rifles.

Wouldn't that just make the gun rusty

Which one should I carry for self defense, a .380 pistol or a .38 revolver?
>>
>>55524015
If you are really paranoid get a snub-nose hammerless .38 revolver. You can hold it in your coat pocket and point it at people on the street and they will never know it until you shoot them.

Looks like a Saiga made in Russia AK-47.

I think there is a restriction on the number of rounds we can buy a month, around 60 a month.
>tfw I will never taste american freedom

We could own gun until 2005 when the government and the opposition made a deal to disrespected the referendum where 63% of the population voted against the gun ban.

I carry a S&W 638 with the shrouded hammer. Real comfy in a jeans pocket.

Hopefully I never encounter a nigpack where I need more than five bullets.

I think it's 60 a month for every gun. It's shit, but better than the old law.

mfw the favelado from luso shilled this shit law everyday for months.

Honestly, if you find yourself drawing you likely won't ever need even one bullet. In the ten years I've been carrying in Chicago I've had three presentations and zero rounds fired. Criminals tend to be opportunistic and theres always an easier target than a guy with a gun.
>>
>>55525010
while it could be easily pulled from your jeans pocket, so can most hammerless semiautomatics. Its real advantage is that the revolver, unlike the semi has to be drawn from the pocket to fire it more than once. Carried in the right kind of pocket, it can be emptied without drawing first. Of course, doing so will set your coat on fire so be ready to take it off quickly.

Glock 25.

Its like a Glock 19, but in .380.

Not available in the US, but made specific for countries like Huehuehueland where you can't own "Military Calibers".

Revolvers, while nice and have a good aesthetic, died in the 1980s, with the advent of high capacity, reliable, automatics, as well as expanding ammunition (that would reliably feed in said pistols).

Glock 25 is the Answer, just like Glock 19 is always the Answer (in the US).

Oh yeah, Federal is now making HST in .380 and so is Speer with Gold Dot, while neither is really impressive when compared to 9x19, remember most ammunition comparisons use a 2.75 inch barrel for .380, the aforementioned 25 has a 4" tube.
