Well, I am a racist but I'm not necessarily a bigot.
I do think that there are differences, including neurological and hormonal ones, that cause races to have a greater disposition to different behaviours/talents and skill sets.
This, in turn causes different races to form different cultures, who are only rarely compatible.
Individuals within each races may of course not adhere to the above differences, but that seems to be well within the margin of statistical error.
However, this does not make me automatically rude or hostile to a member of another races unless that person gives me reason to be so.
