No, what's been happening is that the current minority coalition government require the support of the right wing bloc of parties to do anything.
This should prompt a vote of no confidence any time they can't do basic shit like fix a budget.

This has been a serious possibility at least twice during this election cycle already and each time it's big news because SD would gain immensely from a new-election, since they have the most energized base and we're currently up to our necks in bullshit from the sitting government.
Each time the sitting parties manage to jew enough behind the scenes to prevent it from happening. They do this by having the right and left blocs act like a unified government. Hence the meme of delayed elections and outright treason.
