Nah, Estonia is one of the worst places in europe for a number of reasons. The only positive thing we had is that we pretty much had 0 niggers or any sort of shitskin in here but thats changed recently so its total and utter dogshit now.
The first and biggest issue in this country is that we get payed so little you pretty have to live in poverty if you want to survive. It's not uncommon to see people work 500 euro jobs here, full time. With that pay you are limited to buying the absolute worst food from Maksima (a store brand that sells the cheapest and most disgusting food you can find) and having 0 spending money outside paying bills and buying food. This is why Estonia is facing a massive issue that is all the young people just outright leaving the country because they get payed 2x or sometimes even 4x the money they get here for doing unqualified jobs. It is widely agreed by most people who are not mongoloid nationalist shiteaters that if you want any sort of future in your life you pretty much are forced to work in other countries because you will not be able to afford to have a family or anything meaningful even after 30 years of working a stable medium paying job here.
If you go to any school or education establishment and ask young people there what they think of their country every one of them will say the same thing : "We love this place but we can't stay here because we get payed nothing for qualified work". Sure we have a growing IT sector and there are plenty of jobs to be offered but they are only taken up by people who don't yet have any means to go elsewhere for proper pay, that or they are worked mostly by russian estonians who simply don't have any means to actually work at higher paying jobs due to language barriers or the fact that they just don't have any useful skills anymore.

Our past has but as in a difficult spot. We have grown out of the economy model that has fed us up to this point. Making wooden houses and window frames can only get you so far. Currently we are operating as a cheap contractor for large foreign companies - and when someone does come up with something worthwhile - rich foreign investor will simply buy them up and profits will leave the country.
The main issue isn´t corruption - there will always be corruption. Compared with other ex-soviet states we are doing well in that department. what we really need from the government is large and steady investments into science and RnD so we can get into new and complex industries with high profit margins.
Before this happens, there is no hope for higher wages or stop for emigration.
