Actually, my personal anecdote on the subject is objective proof that you can literally not claim "every" woman is how you say.
I know at least two very attractive women who are in healthy, stable relationships with some pretty ugly guys. Neither are rich either, but they aren't doing poorly. Everyone asks them about it because it's obvious. They know the guys aren't good looking, but they love and stay loyal anyway. I've asked each woman they hey told me they just love who the guy is and looks they can get over.

Because Humans originated in Africa where Melanin was a useful pigment. For lighter skin, hair and eyes, what it is is melanin genes that are "defective" ie they don't code for a functional pigment. It isn't recessive in that it's "weaker" than the other gene, it's recessive in that it's a part of your DNA's redundancy, in a pair of alleles if you have 2 genes that code for a protein, the protein gets coded, if you have 1 gene that codes for a protein and another gene that does not code because of a mutation, then the coding one still produces that protein, just perhaps at a lower level than if both were coding for that protein.
If you have both gene copies that don't code, you get no protein, no pigment, and white skin, or blue eyes, or blonde hair is the result.
