If he gets elected, some things will happen, and some things won't. As president, he has the legal obligation to enfore US immigration laws, and he can do so, even if it doesnt mean the wall. Russia will probably have better relations with the US. China will start hating us. Mexico will definitely hate us.
When it comes down to it, all he can do is pass laws that are thrown at him. America is full of fat lazy bastards and it will continue to be lax on immigration policy because we are too wrapped up in our smart phones to care about our impending doom.
