On that point, the current result of black culture isn't something that was designed wholly, or mostly by blacks and then passed from generation to generation. Blacks weren't the only group to experience exclusion from "society". Immigrants got it too, but they obviously weren't faced with the same conditions or they would have never been able to pull themselves up like they have.
Its interesting to me how the older generations of white people created the framework that (intentionally and unintentionally) made black people who they are but didn't warn their posterity,at large, that they would be responsible for the consequences.

Evolutionary psychology doesn't have all the answers but it offers evidence that the truth of the matter doesn't really exist on 1 exact definite point between the two.
