Fallout New Vegas is pretty politically realist-the NCR are a pretty blatant depiction of the bureaucratization and general corruption that plague even the most idealistic governments, while still showing the sympathetic nature of the people who have boots on the ground. The Legion, as violent as they are, are mentioned by at least one character to bring actual bona fide PEACE to their territories due to their uncompromising nature. We meet ex-Enclave people who are portrayed as decent,and even willing to set aside the past and help the NCR.
Overall, the game has a strong theme of the corruptibility of human beings exposed to power and of the ambiguous nature of morality in a world of fiercely competing groups.

Europa Universalis with the MEIOU mod includes a vast amount of new improvements graphics, countries religions ect.
It even add's Jewish banker's whom you can barrow money from, you can then expel them, however it results in some prestige and relations penalties or something.
Also it's interesting at one point on the timeline it believe you can play as the mongoloid Khazars, and they are Jewish. I may be thinking of Crusader King's though, this is a good game, it's like game of thrones incarnate.
Also check out mount and blade, a single-player RPG open world game with living kingdoms at war. You can literally rise from peasant status to be a king, it has everything, trade, bandits, war-bands, total war ect.
It has a German type faction Swadia, a Muslim type faction, a mongol horse riding type faction, a Russian type faction and Vikings. Also tons upon tons of mods, i literally mean it TONS.
