Racial tension would never have been completely deminished, but it would be a lot better had it not been for the black power movement. Black people used to seek to integrate within society until the black power movement intervened. They were told to get uppity and embrace their African roots which can easily be seen by observing the different generations of negro today. Old black people have regular Christian names like John or James, while a typical black name today would be LaQuandrick or Jamarian. Old black people go to church and have worked all their lives, young black people sell drugs and have illegitimate children.

Because at some point the niggers realised that equality of access wouldn't translate to equality of outcome for them.
Because they are a shitty group with shitty culture.
They were too egotistical to accept their own flaws, and could not admit their own inferiority, so they had to become hostile and put blame elsewhere to make themselves feel better for their poor performance.
Women are in exactly the same position now. They have realised that a merit-based society doesn't suit them because they have less merit than men on average.
