I'll tell my high school story for any who are interested. I believed that everyone was equal and black people just got a bad wrap in society, never felt any hate for them. Then I started high school, about 75% of the school was black.

Perhaps. But as far as I could tell he was a good person. As was my west african maths teacher. As was the black south londoner in my class. The east africans were more sectarian. Black culture in america may very well be fucked, america as a whole is violent, we can see this from the high murder rate. But for what it's worth I think it's perfectly possible for black people to be perfectly civilised and I don't think there is a genetic ceiling for black people. I used to think this was the case. But the evidence collected from IQ studies, especially of black kids adopted into affluent white families, convinced me otherwise. I believe there was a study in which 'black' americans with more white ancestory were no more intelligent than black americans with little white ancestory. Sadly the only refence I managed to find was a TV documentary.
I wouldn't put much stock into IQ tests as even white people 100 years ago would have had an extremely low average by todays standards. Modern people have more abstract thinking, does that apply to people growing up in shit holes?
