If Skyrim becomes independent, so does Highrock. Hammerfell would assist the Empire in a war against the Aldmeri Dominion. An alliance of the Empire with Cyrodiil, Skyrim and Highrock and Hammerfell would look like pic related. If Skyrim goes independent, humans are balkanised into tiny insignificant states which the Aldmeri Dominion would steamroll.

If anybody are kikes, it's the Imperials. Their racial ability allows them to find more gold than other races do, and they are good diplomats. Although I don't think there are any strong parallels between any of the races of Tamriel and the Jews.
