A rather unfunny aspect of the whole mess is that the fence works only because there are other, fenceless routes available, but that's changing rather quickly now. Once all borders are closed, the refugees will have to break through a fence somewhere, and that'll probably happen on the shortest route to Germany, i.e. through us. At that point we'll either have to shoot or allow the whole farce to collapse.

Basically, the Croatian side spied on Slovenian arbitrary judge and when they found out what the verdict might be, they put it on the media and went all crybaby. Then they decided they won't accept the final verdict even though it has been signed and again, it's obligatory.
