I've heard a variety of things. I know a lot of people who want less immigration, but they don't outright state that they dislike immigrants.
I also know people who are somewhat divided. My best friend is a working class guy who listens to rap music, has some Norwegian-born minority friends and generally doesn't care about politics, but he hates immigrants.
My father has generally treated minorities well throughout his life, as he's rented out apartments and done business with them, but he's generally anti-immigration, anti-Islam and a race realist. He's not really vocal about hating them. He just doesn't want them here, because he knows they're corrupting our culture and that they're incredibly dishonest, something he learned through experience.
I have met a tiny handful of people who just openly say that they hate immigrants, but most of them usually just say that they don't want them here, that we're taking in too many or that Islam has no place in Norway. These people tend to be sympathetic towards the situation minorities find themselves in, but doesn't believe the answer is to their problem is immigration.
