As someone who usually identifies as liberal, im finding myself becoming more conservative. On top of this im really hitting that level where I want to have a baby with my wife. I want my child to know they are living in one of the greatest nations on the earth, but I also want them to care about those less fortunate than themselves and to show them the path to greatness. So im curious what are your guys opinions om raising a child in todays world?

The world is shitty as fuck, and degeneracy is going to keep on coming, but we still need good people to try and have kids.
I'd say go for it if you meet someone right.

>inb4, yes goyim don't have kids stick with your anime and porn good goy
>inb4, yes goyim, have kids, let them see the degeneracy, they will be like you! I promise goy

This is becoming more and more true, I was pretty liberal in 2004. 2008 and even 2012.

I remember i would have trouble sleeping at night in 2004 when I would read blogs and forums and people said they were conservative and were voting bush, it made me so mad. I was like those lefties at yale and mizzou.

The shit with the blackliesmatter and the migrant shit in Europe has pushed me HARD right.

Keep them out of public schools. Find the money for a private school. Don't try to indoctrinate them with your political beliefs, as children naturally rebel- instead, just raise them in a strong, healthy family and household. Don't teach them to be right-wing, just teach them to be good people. Happy, confident children do not grow up to be pangendered otherkin SJWs.

>I also want them to care about those less fortunate than themselves

Literally why? Better to teach them to think critically about political topics. People who just blindly want to help others often do so in violation of common sense (migrant crisis, pro-amnesty groups, etc.). Just let go of your faggoty liberalism shit nobody in the real world has time to constantly worry about those less fortunate.

For me its been more the degenerative shit that has me fucked up. I can understand homosexuality, but I dont understand how bruce jenner won woman of the year and any of that trans shit. I think there is systemic racismand police violence but alot of the problems the black community are facing has to do with their own people causing problems for themselves. Another thing Is my generation just isnt as willing to bust their asses and work hard like older generations. i think marxism works fine when.everyone is busting their asses and pulling society forward, unfortunately there is no incentive for many people and we all suffer for it

Op here this is literally the exact thing my qife and I were thinking. She absolutely refuses to let them in public school. I was afraid they would be socially awkward if they didnt attend public school but maybe giving them access to local sports and activities would let them socialize more

Ive always been fortunate and I just like paying it forward. Its kind of what I think God put us here for

That being said I recognize that its important to think critically and not rely on the government to.fix everything. I think when communities come together and fix things locally its generally better. Civic engagement yo!

How do you raise your kids to be free thinking without instilling your personal beliefs? For instance I believe in God but I do not attend church and im.not.very religious. However my mother is and I want her to be able to take my child to church with her on occasion because that was my upbringing. What do i tell my child when they ask why I dont take them to church every sunday? I like the bible I just have mixed feelings about churches and the people that go there, at the same time im glad I went as a youngster

The agenda in public schools are just too destructive right now when it relates to things like history, race, and society. But yes, you don't want your children to be those weird home-schooled awkward kids either (I knew a few when I was younger and I'm sure you did too). So private school is probably the best option, just make sure to vet it well. Just some place that isn't actively pushing a far left, corrosive agenda.
