I'm expecting something along the lines of Quinn, the ultra pure and innocent gamer girl wanting to create her own video game but is met with hostile resistance from manchildren who want to keep girls away from gaming. Then after making the award winning Depression quest she'll receive evermore violent threats starting from forum posts to e-mails to phone calls and finally to actual stalkers. The movie will have a LOTR like final battle at the end but instead of swords and battlefields there will be keyboards and twitter accounts and in the ending sequence Zoe will make a glorious winning speech in front of the UN which will receive a 15 minute standing ovation from the audience and then she'll receive the Nobel peace prize. There will be no mention of her being a narcissistic and abusive whore, nor will there be any mention of the corruption in gaming journalism. Quinn is played by Scarlett Johansson, Sarkeesian is played by Megan Fox, Brianna Wu is played by Josh Brolin.

There is 0 interest in this movie. Even if it were made, her ex boyfriend would sue her for defamation of character. She took out a retraining order on him that she says he violates because she literally set up Google alerts for her name and cited that as harassment.
Once he challenged that court order, she immediately retracted the restraining order, but the process of challenging it took months. He now can release all the bullshit surrounding her but is withholding it and building a case file.

Quinn's (and Wu's) aims are basically to sacrifice the dreams of young women to imaginary boogeymen in order to make a profit out of them. It's really quite shameful how they're using their self-victimisation in order to do that, especially since the media can't handle when a woman comes out to say they only had good experiences and want to be positive role models for girls.
I can't actually see how this book or movie is going to go ahead. Can't Eron sue the shit out of her for defamation? I thought the gag order or whatever on him had been found to be unconstitutional so it was in the process of being dismantled and possibly even being taken to the Supreme Court.
