Let's face it, /pol/, America doesn't have a race problem; it has a racist problem. For centuries, privileged Whites in positions of power have dominated, exploited and victimized people of color. The same is true around the world for African warlords, Asian dynasties, Islamic caliphates and Mesoamerican cultures. I concede that this line of action was rational throughout history all the way through to the era of colonialism, but subjugating a neighbor, citizen and fellow human being is no longer acceptable, else we shoulder another White Man's Burden as we squander away public work and taxes on coddled, isolated and unfulfilled people of color unable to assimilate into the whole of society because Whites (or other dominant groups in their respective countries) ostracize them. Some claim that Western culture is superior to others, yet are hesitant and suspicious when foreigners attempt to assimilate, an especially problematic concern being with native daughters marrying foreigners. For fuck's sake, it's 2015! Ancient pseudoscience measuring one's skulls and eyebrows does not categorize a person into a breed or race. Overcome your ignorance and realize that racism is detrimental to the integrity of a nation and its people who ought to be equal in all respects and have equal access to education, health and other public services; fostering brilliance of any color or culture. With such opportunities to build a strong foundation of community and solidarity, the future need not see discrimination, gang violence, race riots and wage gaps. With such progress, the future could belong to the truly gifted. An ethnocentric society will stagnate and collapse only to be devoured by its stronger neighbors until they too collapse. The entire world has a better chance to ensure its collective survival with the cooperation of Earth's many valuable and unique cultures.

The greatest fear of multiculturalism is that if races were allowed to compete on an even playing field, the concept of equality would be discredited. For example, you can't take a group of Australian aboriginals and put them through western education institutions and expect any of them to become engineers, doctors, lawyers etc. Lets be realistic about how different populations developed different brains to adapt to their environmental niches. The low IQ and tendency towards crime of the black population is not something that you can ignore. It not only means that the general population is less productive and less likely to make good financial decisions (as well as meaning they are more likely to destroy shit already built) but it also means that the leaders are generally corrupt and incapable. This has slowed down development in a place that had none in the first place. Even if Africa were being ruled in a capitalist way (which by and large it isn't) other factors prevent it from developing with any haste or consistency.

No America does not have a racist problem. What we have is a culture problem. Whites have held against the tide of avg street nigger behavior because whites did not adopt black culture such as they do now. Once MTV way back went full on Hip-Hop/Black culture mode, and all the msm started seeing the trend and the money they can make of it. The wall holding back the tide broke. Once whites started growing up with black culture highlighted/promoted/used in marketing, but never questioned for the inherent problems it brings, the fate was sealed, at least for a bit until the issues with it are faced and acknowledged. Right now there is a weird bubble of fantasy that exists so many live in, that somehow all historical, statistical, factual evidence that shows how fucked black culture is, can be disregarded and tossed aside with the utterance of a couple words. If black people weren't so openly and violently racist towards whites, racial tensions in USA wouldn't exist.
As black arrogance and aggression becomes worse and as whites are commanded to repress their instinctive response to defend themselves, it gradually elicits racist feelings and makes the problem worse. Even whites are taught to feel a sense of self-loathing towards themselves and others of their kind.
