The population voted for those politicians. The population benefited from the low pension age. The population would have known that not paying taxes, not working and getting pensioned at 55 must have come at some cost. Let's say I have a pretty good financial education.
I am not 100% sure about this, but from how it appears to me, there is simply not enough money that has been injected. The economy is in a downwards spiral. You may have injected money 3 times, but it's funny how the economy works - people will only invest if the future looks bright, and when the future doesn't look bright they will either just stand still and do nothing or take the money and run.
Greece's debt has been growing bigger and bigger, and the prospects of the disruption that will bring is a big factor in discouraging investments. You would have to be literally retarded to be a business that would invest in Greece, because you had no idea what would happen when the shit hits the fan. So if I'm correct that the economy is shifting between flat and downwards on a per capita basis, then it's dead for lack of investments.
Seriously, if a country wants investments, it has to make the horizon look clear. You cannot just throw money at a it in the short term and tell everyone to ignore the economic mushroom cloud in the distance. Pretty sure that all that money you injected has been wasted, gg.

As it is, it's rather "Hey, the economy is shit, and we are going to take your pension and you have to work until 70 except that there won't be any jobs and the economy is getting even shitter, lel". It's no wonder this creates antipathy. Even if the intent is to drive a period of reforms before normalizing society through debt erasure, the problem is that at that point in the future the entire economy will have vanished into thin air and what's left is some European Venezuela, which no doubt some will love.
Hence back to my point - fix two problems at the same time - Migrants all to Greece, economic Marshall plan for Greece, projects for sociologists and cultural workers for the next decades.

You are right this is often wrongly discussed as if Germany pay greece with ever package more money. It is the same old money used to repay old loans.
But please take note that german companies are not the same like the german state and at least to my underestanding there were also frequent problems with state owned companies in greece (simlar in germany, the old problem with state owned stuff).
What for me is missing is a lack of hope. You cannot condemm one generation to pay for the sins of all of them without any chance of a better future. But I don't know how we can do it. The german money for example was tricked and decleared as "Helping Greece", although it was used to pay back your old loans. If this is erased first the german tax payer pays the bill and second there is no gurante that this can't be a really vicious circle.
Sadly I don't have any Idea what can be done in this EU framework.

What can be done, and should have been done, is exiting Greece from the Euro.
There is a phrasing that goes "Currency is an automatic stabiliser". And to be honest, it's too much to write here. But if you have a free floating currency, crises simply go a long way fix themselves. It becomes attractive for other countries to invest in yours, and it becomes expensive for your population to import foreign consumer goods.
So it's retarded to keep injecting money when all the money will be lost anyway. I don't know exactly who pushed to keep Greece in the Eurozone, but they probably made a gamble that the economy would start growing if they just threw money at it, and lost. If that's Germany then you deserve to lose your money.
But EU was kept in its current state of limbo actively. I am not sure how much of it was for sadistic reasons, how much of it was hoping growth would come and how much was the political prestige of the Euro.
Anyway, if things go as they look now, I'll be in my basement in a years time building conflict resolution devices.

The marshall plan was a nice idea, but maybe too much asked after other nations picked the bill (which is normally prohibited by EU-law). Your plan would have worked but it would require somebody with a real EU-spirit. At that time every country paid a huge price to pay back the greece loans. Slovenia etc. with lower social welfare systems actually paid to maintain the greece one- this could not work in the long time.
