Violation of safe spaces is enough to get a speaker banned, an event cancelled, a student expelled and even a teacher fired from his job.
Look up the case of the female professor who wrote an essay that was deemed offensive to trans students or something, they claimed her essay had a "chilling effect" on students and violated their safe space and their equal access to education according to Title IX, which then meant the case had to be handled according to the provisions of Title IX (similar for rape etc) which meant the professor was not allowed a lawyer, had to use a campus "advisor" which was actually a left-wing campus activist that was not required to actually provide any form of assistance, then had to go through an insane ordeal involving external law firms and such (again no lawyer allowed).
Even worse, if a University decided that Title IX violates people's constitutional rights, they'd stop getting Title IX funding so they'd basically shut down.
Right now women's and minority's rights "not to be offended" are easily trumping constitutional rights since speech can be considered offensive.
