Pretty much, although this changes country to country. In Canada, they despite being geographically concentrated, they don't get much political representation. But in the U.K, which has a South East Asian community which is extremely dispersed, they have more representation (which, coincidentally, is in the conservative party).

They've been doing this for the last five months and it hasn't worked. The narrative no longer resonates with the American people. It's gotten to the point where the media can report that the sky is blue and people will call bullshit.
Plus, Trump support comes from people who are fed-up and are desperate for any kind of change. That's part of why he has been able to get away with things that would kill the campaign of others. At this point, Trump could come out to the Horst-Wessel Lied, Roman Salute the crowd, and his numbers would stay the same, if not rise just a tad.
