The moment a man was fatally speared during a massive brawl in a remote Aboriginal community was filmed, and police believe the footage will likely assist in identifying the killers.
The video of the deadly spearing and the fight which left two men dead and another injured in the tiny community of Angurugu on Groote Eylandt, off the coast of the Northern Territory, has been handed to police.
Tensions were still running high in the community following the deaths on Friday of the men aged 19 and 29, during the fight that was so large police had to retreat from the scene.

Northern Territory Police Commander Tony Fuller said his officers had since obtained video footage that "appears to capture images of those involved in the death of the two males killed during the dispute".
Commander Fuller said the video showed a male struck by a spear, which had been thrown by a member of one of the opposing groups.

He said on Friday a male relative from the Umbakumba community had driven to Angurugu to find out what occurred. On arrival three men threw rocks at his car causing him to crash into a fence, and prompting him to leave the vehicle with some weapons and search for the three men who fled.
Police were called but the driver did not want to make a complaint.
Shortly afterwards the three men returned with weapons and started arguing with the male driver.
Commander Fuller said: "Additional police were called in but a large crowd gathered carrying weapons including spears. Police attempted to disperse the crowd but were forced to retreat due to the overwhelming numbers of armed persons who had gathered at each end of the street brandishing spears at each other.
"One group has thrown a spear which has in turn led to an exchange of spears between the two groups.
