Never, especially not as long as the "college is for dumb people" and "whites gotta have more babies, get married at 18" crowd still exist. You can't think as a race because a race is made up of individuals, you have to do personal actions. Also attaining wealth generally requires that you think in terms of generations, not years. In other words make money, pay for your kids' college, so they make money, pay for their kids' college and eventually your family will be better off. It is how my family became successful, great grandfather was a dirt farmer, grandfather was an electrical engineer, father owns a mid sized company.
