To be honest, it would be very close to a 1950s Germany if we had won the war. Very nationalistic, Segregation still intact, Immigration only for whites /causcasians. Ahh, nice. It would necessitate be a 2-3 year long purge of undesireables though. (Damn, the more I think about it, the more I love the idea)
