Not a huge Hitlerboo for social/career reasons but I consider myself a national socialist.
First and foremost is the emphasis on the society and the nation. Put the people under one identity rather than having all the bickering subcultures and conflicts. If the people truly have love for their country and kin, they will not harm eachother, and they will help the disadvantaged who share this identity and flag. Teach people to respect and find peace with the establishment and contribute to something more than just their own desires. What happens when there isn't unity and love for your fellow citizen? Look at America in the 60s, we divided into conflict and it all drifted to shit. It was all about individualism and rebelling against "the man".
After there is unity and peace, economic socialism is more viable. Americans reject socialism partially because they hate eachother and only care for themselves and their small groups. Direct the economy towards the center rather than the outside, have the people contribute to society and have society contribute back. Build up infrastructure and make technological advancements to make sure the nation is #1 to enhance pride even further.
Immigration and socialism don't mix because of the cultural differences, it has to be strict and limited to preserve the national identity. Crime has to be severely punished and shunned rather than America's current situation where music/TV is full of crime leaving the citizens believing they're somehow special and above the law, that their actions don't have consequences.
Individualism lets some excel and prosper but most people aren't mature enough to handle that responsibility.
