They shot at a man they were chasing down a dead end. The cops were more of a lethal threat to anyone than that car was.

Well that's because the victim was a child. They don't care if an adult is inadvertedly shot.
With children, "He may have had a gun" or "I was in fear" is not an excuse. With adults, they are perfectly able to use that excuse.

This man was simply going for one of his weekly walks. He always carried a towel around his arm to wipe the sweat off. Officers did their usual tactic of telling the guy to drop a gun they don't have, and then shooting them for not dropping presumed gun. He was shot in the head, but he survived. He's probably in a coma right now.
Everyone forgot about those people. Everyone only cares about niggers and children. Straight white men are soon to be forgotten.
