My mother loves the Dune series, owns all the books and hated how that movie didn't follow the story very well. Liked the art direction better compared to the 2000 mini-series though.

I dunno why, but I never liked the Nolan batman...personal opinion, I'm not saying they are bad movies, but they never "felt" intriguing or special to me (and I never liked the Joker as a whole: the "I am bad because I want chaos" is not a good trait, in my opinion).

Conan The Barbarian.
I've never met a single girl who enjoyed it.
If they did enjoy it, they only enjoyed it for one or two campy or comedic scenes.
The movie has basically no dialogue. The music conveys more emotion than any of the lines.
