If your marriage is falling apart and you have kids, it might be best to just fake it. Make nice, try and keep her calm, get brutally honest with yourself and figure out how you're contributing to the strife in your family even if your actions are justified. Easier said than done but my parents have been doing it for the better part of 30 years.

It ends up with charges like failure to appear in court, not honoring a fine, contempt of court. I'm not sure how it plays out but you can definitely go to jail.
