Hey I'm a Kenyan citizen living in America. I've been following the Sweden crisis for a while and laughing my head off at their self destruction. But I recently became injured and I'm in a position where I need medical treatment that I can't afford here (over 50,000 USD) but can get for free in Sweden.
If you guys can tell me how to get refugee status in Sweden I would be forever grateful and could act as an private independent journalist (and possibly a saboteur) reporting from inside the tents.

Just go to the county hospital. Assuming you actually need it, the hospital will do it. They'll bill you, you won't be able to pay, they'll sell the debt to a collector who will work something out based on your income where you'll end up paying a small fraction of the bill, total, over months or years.
