The first part is right. Every form of collectivism, even justified stereotyping, is shit.
As far as the second part, I'm surprised she didn't work out for herself that intelligence was heritable. It should have been as obvious as height being heritable, especially for someone as observant as she was.

No. It's long since been proven that a whole host of traits, intelligence chief among them, are determined almost entirely genetically. A man's intellectual and characterological (is this even a word?) traits ARE largely produced and transmitted by his internal body chemistry. This is scientific fact.
Also, there is literally nothing wrong with having pride in the achievements of your ancestors, your nation and your race.

Well, she isn't necessarily right, and she isn't necessarily wrong. Racism is an outgrowth of tribalism. And tribalism is a form of collectivism. And further, tribalism is a part of human-nature. Thus racism(IE tribalism) has always been with us, and always will be with us, as long as we are still human.
But complaining about human-nature, and calling human-nature primitive, doesn't seem overly useful. Thats like saying rape or murder is the most crudely primitive form of violence. Calling something you don't like about human-nature, crudely primitive, doesn't change what it is.
With that said, ancestry and intellectual traits, are certainly connected to each other. Or more specifically, intelligence is "highly heritable".
And while it is true that ancestry provides no "guarantees", it creates "patterns" which are easily observed. And these patterns/differences, create effectively incompatibilities and conflicts, which make it impossible for diverse people to coexist in close proximity.
