I have 3yo and we couldn't be happier. We've both traveled the majority of the world that's worth seeing. I met her after a 5-6year bachelor binge and I've never been happier with another person - kids exponentially multiplied the joy in our lives.
If you don't want kids - that's your thing, and I can't look down on you for that but it seems the "kid-free" ones are always trying to scream and yell how happy they are - personally I tend to think it's because the dude is sterile or the chick has a fucked uterus.
