Actually I take that back, it's a lot easier than it seems. All they basically have to do is pair their strongest fighter with the opposition's weakest fighter, like what happened in the video. Take out the weakest guy as soon as possible, then you can start ganging up on the other 1v1 fights and win by numbers alone.
Looks exciting initially but I bet 90% of matches would end just like this.

Seems kinda dangerous for the referees.
The referees had men running around them fighting. I could see a ref getting injured if two dudes crashed into him from behind while he's watching a different fight, or maybe one of those flying jumpkicks could hit a referee.
They should use less fighters, like two on two or three men free for alls.
