As it happens i've been researching this subject for the better part of a year and first things first, its not balanced at all, it leans heavily to the estrogen side,

Next step would be to inhibit the aromatase enzyme, the only way that i know might possibly work naturally is by eating large amounts of cooked white button mushrooms, white button mushrooms have an enzyme that inhibits aromatase to the same degree as some commercial drugs this has been proven in more then a few studies but was always done with an extract, not too sure about the effectiveness of regular consumption but cooking is a form of extraction.
