We already give people money just for existing. They just want to reduce the bureaucracy related to it, so it should save money in the long run. Also encourages people to take low-paying jobs, since in current system those would just be reduced from the money you get just for existing, but in new system the low paying job would be in addition to the money you get for existing.
All-in-all, it's a pretty good reform. No matter what opinion you have of welfare, new system would still be better than old one.

The school I went to had more Indians than anything else, and they'd all integrated into British culture pretty well, especially by the time 6th form rolled around and they'd all grown out of pretending to be street.

I went to a comp, although it was a nicer one, 99% white, and people in my area are scared to talk about shit like that, even by college. UKIP is considered racist, without a doubt.
