It all depends on who gets the first hit in.
NK has nukes, lots of artillery, and a large standing army. Many major south korean cities are within striking distance of the border. A preemptive strike on them would be utterly devastating, followed by a tide of DPRK troops that the south just couldn't repel with half their cities aflame or completely wiped out.
On the other hand, SK has the tech and would easily dominate the skies, meaning their version of a preemptive strike would be devastating to SK's ability to respond effectively. They probably wouldn't have much success with a land invasion, but they could certainly cripple NK's military to the point of uselessness. Problem is, SK would have to be damn sure they got every last nuke, or you can kiss Seoul goodbye.

With no outside support, I am not very confident in SK's victory.
Most of SK combatants are conscripted 19 year old kids, and by kids I mean ones with thick glasses who played Starcraft at a PC cafe all day with no physical stimulus whatsoever.
