What does diversity mean? What does it stand for? Do they want a 1:1 representation of the current population? What about transsexuals? What about gay people? What about disabled people? When a liberal says "look how much diversity there is here" it translates to "look how few white men there are". They don't actually care about the proportion between minorities nor the minority groups that are missing.
