The "manchild problem" is a result of a society that disenfranchises young men and teaches them from an early age that they can be whatever they want and that they are special. There's no sense of duty to the greater good, and even if there was the current cultural climate of the west actively discourages ascribing too it. Men think on a more logical level, or rather, are more likely to ascribe to logic and reasoning rather than motives based on feelings. We can blame women all we want for this, since it's women who have the flip, and ascribe to the belief of decision making based on feelings. Wasting time on finding the group to fault is pointless. What we need is a radical shift in culture, but even then the next 2 generations are doomed. It will be years before these shifts take hold. You look at how many people have divorced parents, and you can see the where the shift occurred. We have to take steps now if we want the lucky or unlucky few with descendants to have actual lives.
We've all read it a thousand times. Men make risk assessments about decisions. The risk v reward for marriage, having children, investing in a career are all balanced heavier towards risk. The rewards just aren't worth it. Logically, if you can achieve a modicum of happiness by just lounging around, working minimum wage and doing whatever you want with minimal risk, why bother?

Women get more degrees and are more motivated because the entire education system has been shat on to make it more female-friendly.
Every semblance of competition and acknowledgement of achievement has been destroyed, making a huge percentage of boys apathetic by the point they leave school.

It's a tough one. Personally, I devolved into manchild for a while, and the circumstances that changed myself may well have a different/no effect on others.
I went to university and studied an absolute bullshit languages course, I was happy fucking about and I was also a pretty left leaning liberal twat (lol punk's not dead, fuck hipsters). I spent most of my money on booze and skating.
I had to spend a year abroad for my studies and I learnt from both countries that it was a good thing to defend your culture. I met a girl and actually properly dated her instead of fucking and running (pretty easy to get posh pussy when you can fulfill the "bad boy" criteria). She was a really intelligent girl, good looking, not a whore and overall a great role model for my little sister.
The point that changed everything though was when she got pregnant. Tl;dr an abortion was pretty damn risky for her health. I manned up, started attending lectures more and giving a shit about my grades, started learning her language and looking for jobs in her home country (so she could be around her mother), and considered proposing. She lost the kid and ended up in hospital herself - I almost lost both in the same day. After another year we grew apart and she went home. If I could earn half as much money there I'd already be on a plane. I really dropped a bollock on that one

So now I ended up with an alright degree and pushed myself to start a business. I got a pretty decent job in pharma as well, and I'm starting to save for a house. If it weren't for that all happening to me it might have ended up a fair bit different for me.
I still skate, but for the health aspect - I prefer it to cardio in the gym/running, and I still have the odd night out where I drink too much and smoke, but I attribute that to being relatively well adjusted. I'm quitting the smoking too. (inb4 degeneracy).

Why don't they care about their country? They're taught that the defining narrative of our history was to treat natives and blacks (and others) like shit to serve our selfish interests without any context or perspective and "that's not chill, bro". Why care or place value in that? You have to teach people why something is valuable in order to inspire them to preserve it and the academy politicizes American history to be shameful. We have spent enormous resources indoctrinating people why "diversity" and "equality" is valuable through mass media and education so that is what they prioritize most.
There is a connection with a "care" ethics system (general among women) as opposed to a justice ethics system (general among men). Basically, facts vs. feelings for form political outlook. Feminine influence has not looked for Western interests to say the least.
The overwhelming amount of people are not intellectual, creative, or courageous enough to break conformism to find a truly historical and scientific education on these matters. The studies on conformism and authority are conclusive. I think it is around 90% of people are basically "condemned" to conformism established by their peers. And of course, the overwhelming cultural environment for is leftist.
Genuine education has to be instituted by the state in order for patriotic values to flourish. It doesn't even need to be biased it just needs context and perspective. Obviously, the truth (especially about race) has to be the foundation of our political or ideological decision-making.

I am the original guy, the my use of "real work is a bit ambiguous, so I should probably explain what it means to me. The reason I mentioned it is because the "fake jobs" are usually things people on welfare do. i.e. working the counter at a store, and being a landscaper's hired help as professions.
