Orlando, "the city beautiful." That street view is from its worst neighborhood, Parramore. Besides dilapidated buildings and houses, half of the neighborhood is empty lots. The downtown business district is decent but the real beauty is in its bungalow neighborhoods east of downtown.
Most tourists that come around here only go to the theme parks (Disney World is not in Orlando proper, but Universal Studios is) and the tacky mess of International Drive. Not a whole lot of them come to experience the real Orlando.

No clue, it works out great in my town of ~27k. I've interacted with quite a few black people by choice in my town because they aren't total shit, most likely because they have a strong and proud community that they keep whites out of, which in turn cuts down on the drugs in the "ghetto", especially since cops pull over any white people in the area other than cable workers etc. The "ghetto" here isn't even bad at all, I'd feel just fine walking through it around nightfall if it weren't for the fact they would all keep asking me where the hell I was going/get stopped by the police.
