Everywhere I go, theres this military plane flying around, it looks kinda like pick related. I feel like its following me. Any ideas?

No, it's not following you OP - unless you're some kind of extreme genius who they've decided is an enemy of the state. And you would know if you were this kind of genius as you'd have an advanced engineering degree or something.
Using a giant plane like that to spy on a single person would be waste I don't think the US government is even capable of.
