Basically the justice system is beyond any external scrutiny in this third world country.
Judges and prosecutors have become their own independent self-governing club and they do whatever the fuck they want, also the fact they live in posh bubbles thanks to their high salaries, so most of them have no idea what being a crime victim is like.

The Judicial Appointments Commission is the government body that appoints judges (yes, the process is that corrupt, there's no public competition) and is chaired by someone with no qualifications in law whatsoever, just some CEO kike closely connected to the political elite. Obviously he only appoints judges who would let he and his mates off the hook should anything happen and that's how we get the degenerates dishing out these sentences.

The values are extremely low in those cases because there are no medical costs and the pain and suffering side of it is often ignored or burdensome on the victim's side. For example if you claim a crime has affected you emotionally but then it turns out you weren't seeing a psychologist once a week ever since it happened, your claim is moot.
You usually only get compensated for actual damages to property or from being out of work, which isn't much unless you own a multi million company.
