20%, maybe a few decades ago. The standard now to keep on good terms and avoid pee pee in food is 35%.

Tipping anything more than 0% unless it's the law or listed as an actual fee on the menu (at which point it's no longer a tip) is just insane.

I have no problem with people charging whatever for their shit and their services. The problem is the idea that people feel entitled to some arbitrary extra compensation for something I already paid for.
