Blender (free, open-source) and I'm not all that good. I've finished only a few projects but I probably have sunk ~200 hours or more into working in Blender.
I'm trying to figure out what kind of beard I should make... If I should use hair or try to sculpt pseudo-hair and give it a toon shader.
