What are you basing your opinion on?
I live in one of the biggest cities in Mexico and it is quite clean, and the infrastructure isn't 'third world' by any means.

Sounds to me that most of the shitposts trashing mexico are based on memes, reposting stale images, or simply thinking all of mexico is shit based in a small area out of a huge country.
