Sounds like he's getting blackballed by Hollywood and not being able to work because they won't allow them to have their passports based on a fraudulent bail bond claim.
I think I read they're claiming that house at which they're charged for squatting they used to own but their accountants fraudulently forged their names to a sale agreement ...the bit about fearing for their lives appears to me to be a lame ploy to gain leverage for jumping bail on this charge.
That suggests to me their claim they were swindled out of the property is unsupportable and they're just taking matters into their own hands whether the duly lost the house for fiduciary neglect or not
