I'm a white German American and I've been on /pol/ a good while (circa 2010). One thing I've seen developing is a meme that Spanish and Hispanic people aren't white. I really don't understand this
Let's go over history (abridged)
>before Romans
White
>after Romans
White
>then you have Muslims who are Aryan (Iranian), Egyptian (who are white at this point. thx Romans) and semetic (Syrian[still white, trust me])
>Colonization
Still white seeing as natives are desendants of Northern Europe. Just really far off desendants. (Atleast they aren't abos)
>slavery
Now I know at this point a small portion from Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana and Suriname. Mixed with black but the majority didn't.
Look at the Caribbean. You have black islands and Hispanic ones. So for the most part they stayed segregated. You can even see that from the Slave revolution where the blacks wanted nothing to do with the white Spanish.
So please help me understand how they aren't white. I think the people saying they aren't, are trying to segregate whites further in a divide and conquer strategy. Honestly, look at Hispanic culture close enough and it's basically Bavarian tier.
