Because Asians aren't systematically disfavored by schools and workplaces, and the police and government don't unfairly target Asian individuals.

In Canada Asians do get affirmative action, and they're not even really a minority here, they just use their asian skills to trick people into believing they are.
I LOVE that racism against Asians is basically acceptable and no one cares. It shows the complete hypocrisy of the system.
