That's the thing though. I don't think I could kill her over what she could hypothetically do. I know it's safer to do it before I find out the hard way or before she might start telling people I'm a rapist. That's when the motives in the case would be overwhelming and then I'm twice as fucked in court and feeling guilt as well. If it is left as a false rape accusation, I have no feeling of guilt. I just over-examine everything and map out each possible situation and how not to get fucked over, but with the way our judicial processes turn out for rape cases, the odds of me or anybody else that could be falsely accused of rape actually being found innocent are minuscule. All a woman has to do is say that she was raped and the defendant's credibility is thrown out the window. It's just like the Rosenhan Study. Once labeled a rapist, people only see them as a rapist and one without remorse too. They even accept the whole "It is rape if she regrets it" thing which is also fucking terrifying. Now I'm worrying about how much she is enjoying the sex because it could be the difference between whether or not a chick I'm having sex with will just regret it the next morning and have me locked up for "rape".
