That mini-video documentary on Tumblr's Dashcon failure that compiled many different videos from the event was removed. The person making the claim is the Asian girl in the beginning of the video.
I'm not sure exactly how things work, but I know the uploader didn't use the entire video, and I thought if the person isn't making money off of something, and are posting things for educational purposes and/or for comment in criticism it should be covered under fair use?
Did anybody mirror the video? This is ridiculous how they are trying to hide their failures. Is there anything that can be done about this?

The only solutions are to mirror the video in several places under different names, or take the risk of relinquishing your anonymity to contest a DCMA claim .
