I reckon English, Spanish and Chinese will prevail - Arabic might get traction but they are increasingly backwards looking and will prob eradicate themselves as a concept - thus nobody will bother to speak to them as equals.
I know English and somewhat enough French to have a basic conversation.
My wife however knows English, Spanish, Dutch, some German, some Chinese, and some Japanese. I don't know how she can keep track of so much.
