The federal reserve caused a major bubble that led to the U.S downfall around the same timing of the tax cuts.
There's a lot of other economic factors besides tax cuts. There needs to be an incentive to save or invest as well to lead to growth.

I posted about a possible happening at Stone Mountain for the past couple of days, and had a few people interested in it. The main problem was that the protest was organized by Jodi Calhoun, who was a member of the Klan. She didn't bill it as a Klan event, though, and nobody knew how many Klan members would be there. I went alongside the media and tried to stay pretty neutral about it.

That was Maoism -- it literally came from these same college agitators, agitating over the same talking points. They would have "struggle sessions" where professors who believed in western physics instead of communism would be tied to a chair and beaten (sometimes to death). The children doing the beating considered themselves 'victims' and they were 'struggling' against the professor who was bound and beaten to death.
These useful idiots became the army that led to tens of millions of their own citizens being killed by a communist regime.
So... guys... this isn't funny. If this doesn't terrify you, it's because you lack historical knowledge and perspective. This isn't just some bullshit that we sensible people can keep chuckling about up our sleeves. If this keeps being allowed to metastasize, it could very literally be the end of our civilization.
