It's simplistically saying we will start enforcing our borders again and bolstering the wall where it is necessary. Certain parts there is absolutely no wall certain parts the current wall is crumbling or insufficient. Trump has talked about how Illegal aliens currently build ramps and drive trucks over our borders meanwhile our border patrol agents aren't allowed to do anything about it.

It also gives great economics benefits, as you have plenty of new consumers who are willing to buy. They also work for relatively cheap, which means that the companies make more money, which then trickles down just like Ronald Reagan said it would.
