Anyone else notice this?, as I get older, I seem to get much more intolerant to opposing views, not only that, but I also find I have less energy to even bother to make a counter point anymore.

I think it's about realising that I am simply not partaking in society in such a way that any of society's issues actually affects me. Race war? Terrorism? Transgender rights? Minimum wage? Social media outrage? None of that matters even in slightest to me. I put myself in a situation where I can move almost freely from country to country, I easily find/get offered jobs in most places, earn enough to live a cushdy life, with my crumpets and PG tips in the morning.
I guess, in my mind, I think that the current situation is simply what people want and I have no interest to go against the will of the people.
I feel there are enough opportunities on this planet to live a life in such a way that you're not bothered by society.
I'm with you senpai. Our voice is a minority on here but it's good for the would be militant armchair generals here a dissenting opinion from time to time. And to remind people that we all share this rock. Hate and violence leads to more hate and violence. Understanding is contagious.

All of the damage is already done, and a lot of it is because of a Jewish system that convinced the same dumb baby boomers and Gen X parents to tell their kids to "automatically go to college for whatever you want and take out a fuckload of debt and predatory loans".
People go for the low-hanging fruit, so they think if they just get their psychology degree or English degree or whatever other bullshit that leads to an oversaturated and low-paying (and sometimes non-existent) market, they'll be "making something of themselves."
Then they end up like my college English teacher was, in her late 20's with her masters in English miserable as hell trying to become some star novelist to escape the life of having a ball and chain permanently attached to her foot.
They also end up like my psych teacher was, nearly 50 and hurrahing that she just paid off the last of her loans for her masters.
You can say these problems will change when people consider the opportunity cost of college based on placement rate, job demand, how much you have to pay (especially in comparison to all of the "special interest groups" getting free rides or far more grants/scholarships), but none of that will negate how much damage has already been done.
For these reasons, the West will either continue to see a future generation of slaves who don't own fuck all, who barely pay their rent, who drive shitbox cars, a slave caste, and a master class of financiers who do fuck all and own everything.
The plebs of the past had revolutions with half of the privations. It seems now more than ever, people have -- as Orwell or Huxley said, I can't remember -- "come to love their slavery."
